1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Return X, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional programme rules or policies presented to you. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating and using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Return X may require additional verification where necessary for security, fraud prevention or redemption.

3. The Return X Rewards Programme

Return X may award points for eligible purchases, actions, campaigns or partner programmes. Points are subject to the rules displayed in the app or service at the relevant time.

• Not every purchase is necessarily eligible for points.
• Point values, eligibility criteria, expiry rules and redemption thresholds may vary by merchant, campaign or programme.
• Points may be credited after validation of the underlying purchase or activity.
• Return X may reverse, cancel or withhold points associated with cancelled, returned, fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise ineligible transactions.

4. Redemption and Cash Returns

Where Return X offers a cash return or redemption option, eligibility, minimum thresholds, redemption methods and processing timelines will be displayed in the relevant programme flow. A redemption request may be subject to account verification, transaction validation and other security checks.

Points have no guaranteed cash value except where Return X expressly offers a redemption under the applicable programme rules. Points are not transferable, tradable or redeemable except as expressly permitted by Return X.

5. Participating Merchants and Partners

Participating merchants and partners are independent entities unless otherwise stated. Merchant-specific products, services, pricing, availability, returns and customer obligations may be governed by the merchant's own terms. Return X is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of a merchant except to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Refurbished Products

Return X may facilitate or offer access to refurbished products. Product condition, specifications, warranty, return eligibility and seller responsibilities must be clearly reviewed before purchase. Where a third-party seller supplies a product, the applicable seller terms may also apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse Return X. This includes attempting to:

• Create false, duplicate or misleading transactions to earn points.
• Manipulate, transfer or sell points without authorisation.
• Use another person's account or identity without permission.
• Interfere with platform security or attempt unauthorised access.
• Use automated methods to abuse, scrape or disrupt the service without permission.
• Engage in fraudulent, unlawful or abusive conduct.

8. Suspension or Termination

Return X may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or created a security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we may also reverse improperly obtained rewards or pending redemptions.

9. Fees, Taxes and Payments

Any applicable fees, charges or payment terms will be disclosed before they apply. Users are responsible for taxes or other obligations associated with their purchases or benefits where required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Return X brand, platform, designs, software, content and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Return X and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without permission.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, merchants, rewards and programme rules may be changed, added or discontinued from time to time.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Return X provides the service on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability should be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer protection and other applicable laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service, programme, business operations or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and may take effect as stated in the notice.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms should specify the governing law and jurisdiction based on the final legal entity and business structure.
